Ticket Check App

With the Ticket Check App, tour guides can scan the tickets of participants in public guided tours to check the validity of the tickets and identify duplicate or invalid tickets. To do this, the tour guides log into the Ticket Check App on their smartphone before their tour, select the tour in question and then scan the QR code on the tickets.

The Ticket Check App can be used to scan tickets issued directly in click around TOURS as well as Ticket Regional tickets. Instructions for using the Ticket Check App can be called up within the app to help the tour guide step by step through the process.
